Admin & Governance Guide
All administrative functions documented here (Configuration, Help Center, and Super Admin) are accessed through the dedicated admin portal:
Welcome to the Galene AI Platform administrative documentation. This guide covers everything administrators need to configure, manage, and monitor their organization's AI platform deployment.
This documentation serves both organization administrators managing their tenant and super administrators overseeing the entire platform infrastructure.
The Admin & Governance documentation is organized into three main sections:
- Configuration - Day-to-day organizational management
- Help Center - Support management
- Super Admin - Platform-wide system configuration (elevated privileges)
Configuration

Super Admin
Access Super Admin Documentation →
Super Admin is exclusively for system configurators managing the entire Galene AI Platform infrastructure across all organizations (multi-tenant), not just a single organization.
What's Different: While Configuration and Help Center manage a single organization (tenant), Super Admin controls platform-wide infrastructure affecting all tenants and includes exclusive access to Observability features.
View Super Admin Topics
Platform Management
- Organization Management - Create and manage multiple organizations, switch between tenants, configure custom domains and SSL
- Observability - System-wide monitoring with Traces and Audit for conversation monitoring and access tracking
System Operations
- Backups and Scheduling - System-level backups, disaster recovery, multi-org coordination
- Maintenance Windows - Platform-wide maintenance scheduling and communication
When to Use Super Admin
Organization Admins manage their own users, agents, security policies, and connectors.
Super Admins manage the entire platform: create organizations, configure system SMTP, manage platform SSL certificates, access vault keys, coordinate platform-wide maintenance, and access Observability tools for monitoring conversations and tracking data access across all organizations.
Most administrators use Configuration and Help Center. Only system configurators need Super Admin access, which includes exclusive Observability features.
Next Steps
- Configure Organization Settings and SSO
- Create Users and set up Roles
- Deploy Agents with Connectors
- Monitor with Traces and Audit (Super Admin only)
