What is Galene.AI?​

Galene.AI is a private agentic AI platform that brings artificial intelligence into your organization. Built with European compliance at its core, it enables you to deploy intelligent assistants that help with daily tasks, answer questions using your company's knowledge, and integrate with your business systems.

The platform is designed for everyone in your organization:

  • End users can chat with AI assistants through an intuitive interface, no technical knowledge required
  • Business teams can create and configure custom agents using visual, no-code tools
  • Developers can integrate AI capabilities into applications using REST APIs or extend functionality with MCP servers

This flexible approach means that whether you're asking questions, building specialized assistants, or creating custom integrations, Galene.AI adapts to your role and expertise.

Conversational Interface​

The conversational interface is where you interact with AI assistants through natural dialogue. It uses the standard chat-based layout you'd expect from an AI, but with powerful capabilities built right into the flow of the exchange.

How to Interact​

You can communicate with Galene.AI in multiple ways:

  • Type your messages in the text input field and press Enter
  • Use voice input by clicking the microphone button to speak your questions naturally - perfect for hands-free interaction or when multitasking
  • Make a call - Click the telephone button for real-time voice conversations with the AI

Voice input and voice call capabilities may not be available in all appliances. Check with your administrator to confirm which features are enabled in your instance.

What You Can Do​

Think of it as chatting with a knowledgeable colleague who has access to vast information and specialized tools:

  • Ask questions and get detailed answers with context awareness
  • Upload and analyze documents - Work with your files directly in the conversation
  • Search the web for current information without leaving the conversation
  • Choose your model - Use the default reasoning model for complex analysis, or switch to the fast model for quicker responses on simpler tasks

Personalize Your Experience​

The interface allows you to customize how the AI behaves and what it knows:

Custom System Prompts - Define general instructions that apply to all your conversations. These are structural preferences rather than role-playing instructions. For example:

  • "Always provide responses in bullet points with clear headings"
  • "Be concise and technical. Avoid unnecessary explanations"
  • "Structure your answers with: Problem, Solution, Example"
  • "When explaining concepts, always include a practical example at the end"

Your system prompt applies across your chat sessions, ensuring consistent response formatting and style.

Build Context with Files - Upload documents to give the AI access to your specific information:

  • Upload multiple files: PDFs, Word documents (DOCX), text files (TXT), spreadsheets (XLSX), or images(PNG, JPEG)
  • The AI uses these files as context through RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
  • Ask questions about your documents: "What are the main conclusions in this research paper?" or "What pricing strategy is outlined in this document?"
  • Uploaded files remain available throughout the entire conversation for follow-up questions

The AI remembers your message history within the current conversation, so you can have natural, multi-turn dialogues where each message builds on what came before. Upload a contract, ask "summarize this," then follow up with "what are the payment terms?" - it understands the full context of that conversation. Note that each conversation is independent; the agent doesn't retain information from previous, separate conversations.
