Global User Search
The Global User Search is exclusively available to Super Admins. It is not visible to regular organization administrators.
Accessible from the Global Users entry under the Platform section of the admin sidebar, this view lets Super Admins search and manage users across all organizations from a single place, without needing to switch between tenants.
Search by name or email to locate a user instantly across all tenants, without needing to know which organization they belong to. Use the All statuses, All roles, and All organizations filters to narrow down results further.
The same user management actions available within a single organization are accessible here, making it the fastest way to investigate access issues or audit roles at a platform level.
